At Ashcroft, pet-friendly living is built into the rhythm of home—not treated like an afterthought. Dogs and cats welcome, up to two pets (written approval needed for more). One-time non-refundable pet fee $300 for one pet, $500 for two. Pet rent $35 per pet per month. 100-lb weight limit per pet and breed restrictions apply; pet screening is required before move-in. Fish allowed with no fee or rent (tanks up to 20 gallons).

The fine print

How many, how big, which breeds, and who to ask.

How many pets can I have?

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.

Is there a weight limit?

100 pounds per pet.

Are there breed restrictions?

Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet; no more than two pets without written approval from Quinn Property Management. Dangerous or poisonous animals and exotic pets are not permitted.
